Located in Seattle’s historic Queen Anne neighborhood, this extensive renovation maintained the home’s classic features while expanding and modernizing it. We revived this timeless home by transforming it to meet our client’s needs, which included expansions of the kitchen and the master suite.

 

To embrace the scenic views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound, a substantial period-appropriate addition with a rooftop patio was incorporated into the west side of the original home. Energy-efficient windows were installed throughout, along with new shutters and an eye-catching red entry door.
