Boasting 3 bedrooms, a wine wall, prep kitchen, and an elevator, this home has everything a modern host could ask for.
Broadmoor Fairway Residence
This Broadmoor new build is all about metamorphosis, starting right with the transitional style of the home, and a blend of interior and exterior living spaces. The other key aspect being retaining the home's accessibility to the clients as they age and become less mobile. To help foster this, we have designed the home to have spacious hallways and an elevator for wheelchair access.
Vashon Island Residence
This new addition of an existing cabin on the shores of Quartermaster Harbor on Vashon Island brings a modern twist on Pacific Northwest Island living. Using reclaimed wood and stacked beams, this home boasts a greenroom and primary bedroom that overlooks the harbor, with a bonus 2 extra bedrooms, an office with a fireplace, and a gym.
Bainbridge Island Residence
Clad in cedar and doused in blue grays to match the surrounding landscape, this home has been perfectly situated on the shores of the Salish Sea, looking out towards Seattle. Drawing inspiration from Japanese design, this graceful home also includes a guest house/ music studio, and a primary bedroom suite that overlooks the ferry route from Bainbridge to Seattle.
