Located within the historic Harvard Belmont District, this home needed thoughtful expansion that could be approved by the City of Seattle's Department of Landmarks. The end result was a seamless addition and remodel that meticulously replicated period details and maintained the home's Beaux Arts character. A true primary suite was part of a second story addition, along with a new kitchen and all new bathrooms. ​
