This 1940's Georgian Colonial Revival home in the heart of Laurelhurst required an extensive renovation that created a blend of contemporary and traditional styles. The new addition boasted an expanded living room and a covered porch that provided a much needed size increase to the primary bedrooms. Other work included a connected garage, updated windows, a new fireplace, and a complete re-working of the current floorpan to create a more functional, open space. ​​​
